The GMC Hummer EV (also known as Hummer EV) is a line of battery electric heavy-duty mid-size vehicles produced by General Motors under the GMC marque, and its own sub-brand. The Hummer EV line was introduced in October 2020 with the unveiling of the pickup truck (SUT) model. The sport utility vehicle (SUV) model was unveiled in April 2021. The Hummer EV is assembled in Detroit and has batteries produced by LG Chem in South Korea, with plans to later start producing batteries in the US. It is intended that SUV models produced from 2024 onwards will be able to charge other electric vehicles using an onboard 19.2 kWh charger.
Super Cruise† is a driver-assistance technology for hands-free driving. The technology allows you to use features such as Automatic Lane Change on up to 400,000 miles of compatible roads in the U.S. and Canada. All HUMMER EV vehicles include a 3-year subscription.
Regen On Demand allows drivers to recapture energy and extend the supertrucks’ range simply by holding the steering wheel’s Regen On Demand paddle when deceleration is needed. The supertrucks use Regenerative Braking to convert the energy created from braking into electricity to recharge the battery energy and help optimize range.

The Hummer EV is a new electric vehicle from GMC that comes in two versions: a pickup truck and an SUV. The Hummer EV is designed to be a powerful and versatile supertruck that can handle any terrain and challenge. EV has up to three electric motors that can produce up to 1,000 horsepower and 11,500 lb-ft of torque. The battery pack can also be used to power other devices or even charge another electric vehicle.

Available UltraVision provides various camera views to help maneuver in almost any situation. Up to 18 available camera views on pickup including waterproof underbody front- and rear-facing cameras provide real-time views of the terrain under HUMMER EV Pickup.
Towering ground clearance comes from specially engineered 35″ OD Goodyear® Wrangler Territory MT tires on 18″ wheels which are standard on Edition 1 and available on EV3X when equipped the optional Extreme Off-Road Package. EV3X comes standard with 35″ OD Goodyear® Wrangler Territory AT tires on 22″ wheels.
